All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse any deposit or return deposited funds if we suspect the source is not legitimate or violates anti-money laundering regulations.

You may request a withdrawal of Your available Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in Your own name and matching the details verified during KYC.
The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is IDR 50,000,000. Larger amounts may be withdrawn in multiple transactions. You may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and contacting customer support.
